Working on the clutch to make it fit the pilot belt.
First we took the clutch apart and cut about 1/4 inch off then we did the same to the stop. The belt fits great and works good.

Its done and man is it fast. It flat out puts the Drakart to shame. Im still doing the breakin so not getting into it hard and it still pulls the wheelies.

Define "rebuilt" ?

Whats the intended use of this car?

Cant wait to see some videos and more pictures you will love the sound of that Engine if you have the proper silencer so it don't make your ears bleed, its like music to the ears :-)

Any idea on the RPM's yet, engagement, what RPM its peaking out to at full throttle? (I realize your still breaking in) reason why I ask is by the way you modified the clutch wont that put more tension on the spring?

Im still racing short course with it till the end of this year then it will be a fun car. We cut both surfaces of the clutch so the springs still work the same, it just made it shorter. Right now I have the preload on the shocks kind of far down for racing. Like the atvr setup when you launch a pilot to the moon the shocks need to be stiff. I bottomed out my atrv lt so many times my a arms were bowed. fyi im 230lb. When im in fun mode ill back them down and drop the car about two inches. This thing is the softest pilot ive ever been in. Dave-Co did a great job, it has a full 17" of travel.

That is an insane build

I have that one off pilot frame I might just make this type of build happen on

Great work to everyone involved

Getting hotter than balls out here in SoCal now, any Pismo trips on the plans for anyone this summer?

My neighbors and I are looking at some predawn runs out to Glamis or Rockatillo pretty soon, schedule allowing of course

Right on. Pic is great to. So out of curiosity did the sxs ever stand a chance. I have a 350 and have never raced a sxs to see if I would be able to keep up.

no way the 670 is way to much power. The hard part was getting around them.

all my long travel pilots sit up like that, guess you would have to ride one to understand for they are much different than any ATV racing mid travel pilot

That's cool. As long as it can turn fast without flipping, which it must because he just beat all the other pilots.

Hopefully theres some vids.
