the cap that is on it is what came with it I don't know what the PSI is yet I will look when I get home. what should the pressure be on a 670 Rotax Engine

All the 670 sleds I have parted out use a 1.1 bar / 16 psi cap

that works most cars run 16 or 17 p s i so I should be good

None yet. been working alot.. Some updates on my 670 build. I went with the 657x intake and carbs. Found two air leaks on the bottom case bolts, never seen that before. ill get some pics

ok quick update I'm back on the Engine. found all of my air leaks got them all fixed and the Engine is holding pressure. I got rid of the 583 carburetors and opted to go with the 670 X Intake setup and carburetors. notice these carburetors are turned sideways so you can access the Jets without taking the carburetors apart. plus I'll get a little more performance out of them and they should be jetted just right for the 670

i like the carbs. how did you do the pressure test? got any pics of the tooling or a procedure link?
