I never new why till jones fab showed me and you never said a word about the arms being messed up. My frame is dead on strait. not bent at all. I asked many times for the front arm and every time you said youll get to it. I asked atleast 5 times. my pilot is sitting lopsided lol. I would never except that and say as long as it rides good. we mic'ed my pilot when we did the new shock mounts. But hey i paid dave good money over 4k and this is what i got. If that's good for work all you guys then good luck. Your name is on this work and ill send it to anybody on here who wants to run it. just don't let your wheels leave the ground.

And heres the thing. I never said a bad thing about you, all i did was show the work you did for me. And the part everyone should be concerned about is the right thing Dave should have said when he read this post is wow your right it was a bad day Ill make you new arms. The sad part is not that this is not acceptable to, but that it is for you.

look at the ball joint. one of them is laying down. that one is maxed out where is sits. The other comes in on an angle. Then look at the stance of the pilot. see how high it is on the right.

I wont argue about it, As far as the front arm is concerned you are full of it up to your kneck, you told me you were coming on a Wednesday to get it, I have talked to you many many many times told you the arm was made yea I got to get down there never making the effort. I made it months ago just for you, you dropped the ball not me, and you will convince no one that when you bent a 4130 arm that your frame is straight no way. You bowed and bent ATV 4130 arms on your pilot by jumping it sky high before I did anything to it its bent no doubt, you really going to say with a straight face its not bent? What I don't understand is not one word to me, not a chnce to make good after I told you I would. I thought you were better than that and more than that a friend.. Everything I have posted is true and the way it happend. I hope what ever they do for you makes you happy. You go race your pilot kill everyone with it and now my suspension is bad after being so happy with it?, gotcha. I know, it was only the Engine This is no different than having a Engine built by one person, take it to the next is going to say its horrible. Same with Fabricators. you say I didnt tell you, I did, I had to use bungs I don't use because I could not get the ones I do use and I goofed on the angle, I admit to all I did including you in my garage that I did. To say I had your pilot for over a month is laughable, I busted my azz to get you finished in a weeki. Your pilot did not sit scewed at my house, it sat straight. Chris I am over it, I have explaned and told my side, something I could have done on the dozens of phone conversations we have had but nothing what so ever was brought up about my stuff being bad and removing it. The way this has gone down I don't care now but eariler today when I was coming home from a race in Nevada and knew nothing of this I did care and would have gone to the moon to make what ever you think is wrong rite and a year and a half later I get flamed and dumped on.. Oh well,. Good luck

Your really going to post a picture that shows the right wheel at negative camber when the entire rear end is adjustable??? You took my shock mounts off, if it sits high on one side look at your new shock mounts. the pilot was level in my garage. Move the rods on the side that needs it, that is what they are for. Same ith the links that go from the seat to the wheel and the top arms themselfs are adjustable From the look of the picture the right side shock mount looks un even from the drivers side, good thinking making new shock mounts with out adjusting the rear end. I already said I messed up on the inner angle but as I said that has no effect on the rear end its self, the adjustment does. So now that the shock was mounted with the rear out of adjustment the shock angle wont match when you do

haha ive driven by your house 50 times the last 6 mo. one of my employees rits around the corner from you and hes been to your house dropiung stuff of. I only drove the pilot one time . Ive had Engine problems all last year and drove the drakart at st all races and dune trips. Everybody who knows me knows im a stand up guy and do what i say and say what i do. tell me why i wouldn't pick up a new part you made for me. And the new shock mounts were made with the pilot sitting level.with the shocks off.

Look at the angle the arm comes into the ball joint from side to side. I cant even get that wheel straight.

Now your just telling stories Chris, enough. To say you came by here 50 times as well as your worker is a bold faced lie. Stand up people don't do that or this. You should have talked to me about it but the more stories you tell the less I care or want to help you. I would have re made everything for you had you came to me with a concern instead you do this and tell stories. I could see you posting all this to make me look bad had I told you to go away or f off, you didnt even give me the chance, you said nothing. As I said good luck

Dave-Co - Just an observation. I assume you are using a MIG welder. I would try to slow your wire feed and set the temp a little higher. It's real easy with a MIG, especially if the wire feed is set too fast, too not get a good "burn in". The melted wire / puddle can just kinda sit / plié up around the weld valley. This will hold but may not be as strong as the weld did not have a chance to heat the surrounding material enough to get a good burn in. There's a fine line as you will get burn back if the wire feed is too slow and the temp set too high.

I'm not knocking your welds they look pretty good. I'm sure they are good enough and would last a long time. If you can make it better by getting the correct adjustment then it's even better. I see no porosity in your beads, so it looks like your settings are very close.

Perhaps your welder has the click type setting. I prefer the smooth pedometer type. They offer more settings that are fine tunable.

I have had pretty good luck with my little 110V Lincoln MIG.

Hopefully you guys can get this worked out. IMHO I say if there was 4K that changed hands then I say you both own it, Silly for someone to pay 4K if they are not happy with or did not take the time to inspect the work. And it is silly to expect to be paid for fabrication work that does not match.

That's always the hard part after you make the first one - then you gotta make another one that matches. :-)

No dave I'm not telling stories look at my schedule today Temecula, Murrieta and Carson. I will be driving right past your house again today. but you know what I don't care I'm moving on with my rebuild in a place where the grass is much greener. I don't care if people buy your stuff or not the suspension works great as long as you do it right.I'm choosing to have somebody else to rebuild the arms

Then why did you never come by here and get the arm? Was I supost to deliver it to you?. Why would I have done that when you told me you were coming to get it? You are the one who put much to short of shocks on the front when I told you not to use them and only for rolling it around when you wouldn't spend the money to get the shocks it was made for but you went out and rode it skyed it hit a ditch with it and rolled it big time and bent it, the only person to bend anything I made. I know you have never made a mistake in your life but I have and I pointed it out to you and I know that's why all this time you said nothing about it. How many hundreds or thousands of times have you looked at the back of your pilot and saw that and said nothing?, its completely noticeable that the hyme angle was off and again I told you and showed you and was going to cut that arm up and make another, your pilot was a extream thing because you wanted it that way, we got 17 inches of useable wheel travel out of the rear, something I have not seen done before. I had no jig for that. everything I have posted is the truth...This is not a business for me, its a hobby and if people come a year and a half to 2 years later like this after acting like my friend and telling me how great it works all this time I don't care if I make another. Pretty convenient that my shock package will still be used and no mater how the arm is made its going to ride the same. I wish you nothing but the best, good luck Chris

No dave you never told me that you had a arm ready for me. I never said anything about your suspension and how it works. It works great. But with the arms uneven it jumps and lands on its side. I talked your kit up to everyone I talked to and probably the reason you sold the ones you did. And never would have said a word about this. But that's it I'm over it.

i like the oil filler!!

did you weld a bead on the tube before you clamped the hose on? if not i would consider welding a bead or atleast a few spots to give the hose / clamp a spot to bite onto.
