I decided to go with a Engine that I can use the correct carbs with. Farr Off road found a 600 ho Engine 2006 I believe. It has the same hp as the 670. I will need to refab the cross bars some but overall the install has gone great.

So why not go with the 600 sdi. Get rid of the carbs and still in the same hp range.

Yeah they are similar. Believe they came out in 04. My dads has one. Sdi is semi direct injection

I looked up a couple of them and it looks like almost the exact same Engine. They both have Reeds and they sit up high so they will clear the transmission. I wonder if the electronics will fit in my Engine so I could use the same fuel injection

60 mxz 600 ho with 800 Reed cage and boots with 600 carbs. I think I have it down to run all the 670 electronics. Way easier. Farr off road is thinking the 670 and 583s are a thing of the past. If I get this running on the 670 stater and mag this is a way better Engine. More hp then the 670 too. I might look at what it will take to get the sdi going. Wiring the 600 with the 670 wiring was a piece of cake.

Sounds awesome! Great build. Love the room you have also with the fabbed caged. Did you make it?
