Met a guy at Little Sahara who had EFI on his turbo Pilot viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4187

looks like some one has done it and even went one step further. Shame there is no write up on it.

however what if a new style more simpler application could be done.
With all the self tune and new soft wear available in a compact package.
I would think about 8 to 9 parts would be all one would need.
One could link it to a smart phone pretty easy.

Using the right o2 and self learn ecm. Set some basic parameters and go.
The rest is just basic math.
