Well that guy seems very skilled.
I like the bit where he screwed a casing to a piece of wood and then mounted it in the lathe. Ingenious and I'll have to remember that one.

I've seen this twin setup with rotary engines.
The 20G rotary is actually two 13B's bolted together at the crank to make one kickazz Engine.

I have seen a few of his other videos as well, modifying other bike engines. He seems to have a knack for making things work, mostly thru his skill and craftsmanship.
