i made this mount last week and just never got around to posting it. so heres my helicopter mount.

Would if had video last week but the 360 ate a reed petal. Will hopefully get some when I get back home from work

Whats weird is when I look at the video it says fl350 video,theres no helicopter video.If i refresh the page I see a glimpse of the start of the helicopter video then it goes to fl350 video.I had to go to youtube page and look thru your videos to find and watch it.
that's pretty cool,how'd you build that,what parts you use?

Took an old bearing from a starter and welded a small piece of tubing to it that was the same diameter the welded a piece of flat bar on the tube. It bolts in to a roof bolt. The bar is a 1" square aluminum tube about 5' long. And it bolts to the flat bar. It was really easy to make

Easy if you have a welder,an old bearing,tubing,and flat bar,lol
I'll have to make one with jb weld and some sticks and mud :shock: :-)

Yeah it looked pretty long.Where I ride its too crowded to use something like that.That blade would whip around and cut somebodys head off :shock:

Yeah don't use in a populated area it is pretty dangerous. But should get some cool vid

nothing yet. havent taken the oddy out since i made the small vid...i sucked it a reed petal last time out when i was going to shoot some vid with it. i get home in a couple days and the new reeds should be there

No not yet. I never even got a chance to ride this summer. Might try to get out before snow flies. If I do I will bring it and try it out.

Cmon man your killing me! :-) Its been over a yr,how have you not taken your ody out for a ride? Just put the camera on and ride it to the end of the street and back and lets see how it looks

i havent even ridden it this year, was way to busy at the start of summer, then when i was ready my rad pissed all over my shop floor, so i was waiting on a new aluminum civic rad, it showed up while i was at work so i was really pumped to get home and install it. only to find out its the wrong rad and theres no fan in the box either. just my luck..i will see what i can figure out for you lol
