Any electronics gurus here that can build me a simple electronics circuit or show me how, I am no electronics expert so cant build off a schematic like I attached?

See attached pic, these do not have to be anything fancy they don't have to look pretty or professional they don't even need to be mounted on a board just soldered together where I can attach them to the two terminals on the back of the garage door opener, can be billy bob wrapped with duct tape for all I care lol Nobody will ever see them or notice them but me.

You would not be building the whole circuit on the drawing just the part that connects to the "Garage Opener Terminal 2" and "Garage Opener Terminal 3" ?

A good description is here he even shows my garage door opener https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbmufXgpl14

I will need 3 of these, have had the 3 door openers since new the only problem have ever had with them is those sensors they are always the problem, one set completely died on me so I robbed them off the 3rd door that is seldom used, not buying new, read some place they have a life expectancy of about 5 years then start giving problems.

Thanks.
