Hey guys just wanted to get out of the shadows and introduce myself. I've been reading, watching & learning for a little over a year now. I bought a 350 in spring 03' and thanks to all of you (for the awesome trip reports & cools posts) I am hooked on Honda's :-) I live in Kansas City (any other riders close by??) and am hoping to make one of the rides this year if possible.

I just picked up a 250 a couple of months ago to rebuild for the experience/fun. I've attached a pic of each, but the 250 isn't much to look at yet.

Thanks to Hoser & everyone else for keeping this forum alive. It has been invaluable to me!

Chip

Yes, I have hooked up with Randy. He is a really cool dude! I spent the day and a bunch of $$ at his place doing upgrades/mods to the 350 right after I picked it up. I would recommend him to anyone, he knows this stuff and is more than willing to go the extra to help a brother out. My wife just told me the other night that she had contacted him before christmas & sent him a pic to try to find me something for my 350 as a present. He was real helpful to her, which just confirms what a good guy he is. (cuz she doesn't know the first thing about these machines... hehe)

Anyway, the frame on the 250 is a EEE. It also has a EEE pipe. One of the reasons I was interested in making the purchase.

I think LS is the biggest place to ride in the midwest. That would make it the easiest for me to get to.

Great to see the Ody bug has taken another victim, welcome to the crew.

Most everybody comes here first to learn and then to help, and all for the common goal which is to ride.
