Yes they need a fiscal haircut first thing they need to do is cut spending and cut back on the employees they have stop ALL current and future projects until they seek their own funding by other means other than just holding out their hands.

Bust up the good ole buy network simple by turning of the flow of cash this can be accomplished by raising fees for land leases enough of the giveaways to those leasing lands for profits.

I am no expert but all the times I have stopped at different BLM and NF offices and asked questions I get the idea they are all desk jockeys and never leave the buildings have nothing but lame vague generalized answers for every question asked, the questions are not hard and should be answered in these offices.

You can Google things like blm waste money and find all kinds of examples.

Time for a haircut the Land Management Agency has become bloated and needs to trim the fat.

You guys in the states have a lot of agencies that do the same thing. EPA, BLM, LMA, Fish n Game and the list goes on. Each one of these agencies has a lot of hungry mouths to feed. The same goes for the nations security. Lots of agencies with a lot of hungry mouths doing the same thing. That's where all the money goes. We don't got that in Canada. We got Fish n Game (conservation officers), Ocean's n Fisheries (for off shore), RCMP (police), and some other security that is actually part of the RCMP that's it as far as I know.
Currently the American dollar is worth about 30 cents more than the Canadian dollar.
I wouldn't give a nickel for the green back because I feel the USA is broke, bankrupt. Many cities in the USA have filed for bankruptcy. None in Canada have so why is the USA dollar more ??
To many hungry mouths to feed and everyone has their hand out.
