I had a big crash. Helo out to hospital a hundred miles away. Buggy destroyed i think. I an here in ICU waiting for doctors. Will keep you posted but will be off line for a while

Well I am out of the hospital now.
Got a broken back. Bottom vertebrate broke but didn't damage spinal cord so I am not paralyzed. I have to wear a body brace for 12 weeks min. It is a stable fracture according to my surgeon. Spent 8 days laying in bed not moving. Nurses told me I had to poo on a dish and I said no way so I eat nothing but fluids for 8 days. Not pooing on a dish. When I got my brace and tried to walk my legs didn't work very well. Had trouble walking. Took some effort. The nurses told me that's why they get patients to start a walk right after a surgery right away. They said muscles start to break down with in 48hrs. Am in a lot of pain but good spirits. Will post some pics.
