My neighbors don't seem to mind. I only ride for 5 or 10 min at a time though.

Yes it's por15. Stuff works great for me. Only cost me $40 with two starter kits. And a spray can for top coat.
Had both hips replaced so took some time off. I feel amazing now do back in the shop again.
