Just saw this - could be a great start for someone! Or a nightmare waiting to happen. Looks pretty clean at least.

It's on the Honda Fl350/fl400 Parts And Buggies For Sale FB page - think this link will get you there.

FL350 Odyssey
$1,800 - Ansonia, CT

"FL350 Odyssey Currently not running / never started. Works shocks, powerbloc clutch and aftermarket pipe installed. Wheels and tires are virtually new as well. This machine would make one heck of a 440 swap donor or revive it. This Ody project was started years ago and never finished I have receipts / pictures from previous owner the Engine was said to have never been ran and the project sat dormant for years on jack stands in a spare room INSIDE the house then more recently it went outside to a shed. Receipts and break in procedures for the majority of the parts are from trinity racing in California. They performed Stage 2 port work and rebuilt the Engine / true'd & welded the crank. Engine does NOT turn over possible that the rings are stuck in the cylinder?. Engine oil does look new. Brakes and shocks are not frozen."

There are pics there but ain't got the time right now to download etc.

Reading between the lines on the info they supplied, I bet they put a prox rod in it and now it is smacking the casing because they didn't grind the big end down for the clearance required.

they would of welded the crank pin after running in on a dial block or what ever you call it. to make sure there is no run out on either side..its a common thing..i believe mine is welded.
