 Post subject: what is this called ?

OK. So this off the wall but I was hoping one of u could identify this clamp for me. I bought a bunch of concrete working items and know it's some type of form clamp but I can't find anything online.

On that site they have pdf download of that clamp. It looks like it needs a specific type of form tie. Its wire with a loop at the end for the cam to lock in.

So that was just the warm up round ,,
This came with a lot of surgical equipment I bought and I could never identify what this is.

There are no numbers or any other markings on them.

I stand corrected on the spelling. Its not PETO its pitot but pronounced like PETO.

A Pitot tube is a device used to test the flow of water or air.

We use them at work to test the flow rates of our fire system. Aircraft use them to measure air speed.
