YES I need to setup moderators. Figuring out how to do it is the problem. Its not really a trust issue, its clear who is trustworthy, like minded, stable etc. First and foremost is protecting the sites data, sooner or later someone will have a oops and data will be gone, Ive done it myself. The company that host this site has done it and this is what they do for a living... Shit happens.

Might be time to structure a comity and get the ball rolling.
