Yes sir I have been to several vintage races at SIR (Seattle international raceway), PIR (Portland international raceway) and Westwood here in B.C. Vintage races are cool.
When I was still racing, the nationals would be run at Road Atlanta or Mid Ohio. They would take turns running the races each year. Races were held at the end of the year to decide the national champion. The winner of each region in each class qualified to run for the national championship.
Unfortunately racing has been killed off in the pacific northwest for various reasons.
