Now that I have a Pilot (which will mostly be used by my wife) and want to haul it and my motorcycles when we want to ride in areas other than the BLM next to us, I need to figure out the best way to haul the Pilot plus 2-3 motorcycles.

None of the trailers I've seen thus far (I only buy used) seem to fit the bill, where I can carry the Pilot plus 2-3 dirt bikes.

Anyone have a trailer they think would work? If so what are the dimensions or name, etc? Thanks

Option 1: 6.5 foot truck bed. 2~3 bikes in the truck bed. Trailer the FL400 behind.

Option 2: 6x14' enclosed trailer

Option 3: 5x12' utility trailer

Theres also a company named Echo who makes interesting combo side/rear-loading trailers

Bikes in the front, UTV in the back

I have a 7x14 utility that fits 3 FL's. It was fairly cheap brand new but used they're a dime a dozen.

Thanks. That's perfect. I had looked at an Echo style T trailer (go sideways in front and drive up from rear) but it was only 73" wide up front, which means bikes have to go with wheels cocked sideways and the Pilot could only go from the rear. All the others I saw weren't wide enough to hold the Pilot (or bikes) efficiently.

8.5 x 14 is exactly the answer I needed, now I can narrow my CL searches.

I do have a trailer and a truck, but the truck has a topper and the trailer just holds two bikes. Once I rig up a hoist for my topper in the garage it will be easier to get it off and put the pilot in there but....well, I want to take the easy route.

Best,

Mike
