Agreed. A+ effort. It's looking really good so far.

FAILURE
Well I have to end this project. It's just a nightmare.
Bandsaw blade constantly jumping off the wheels, zipcut on my grinder and then the grinder starting smoking, I don't own a plasma cutter, I don't own a tig and on it goes.
The major issue was the leaks in the bolt and sparkplug tubes. I did pressure test these and they passed. But I may have used to low of an air pressure during the test or it could have been that I did not get a perfect seal and the pressure was just bleeding off rather than coming out any leak area. These tubes are the #1 priority when doing this job. On the (5) FL350 heads I did, I only had to worry about the sparkplug tube. There were no bolt tubes. What I did for those was use pipe plugs in the top plate. The bolts are down in the water. You remove the plugs to get at them. Any leaks on the outside you just grind it out and re-weld. Sometimes this has to be done a half dozen times or more and you just chase it.
I am not afraid to fail -- ever !! But this one is a failure.
Sorry for getting your hopes up but it didn't work out.

Thank you for trying. Really cool to see the process.
