Someone I rode with told me they have ATV insurance.

I was shocked. They said it was mostly to cover themselves in the event of a collision with someone else in which they or the other person is hurt(medical, etc). After reading into it it looks like you can have coverage essentially just like automotive insurance where you can get the value of the ATV in a total loss scenario, as well as coverage of other drivers, and medical. Crazy stuff.

Anyone use such a thing?

I have it. You never know it not that bad if you good coverage on all your stuff.

Same here, all 3 of my buggies are covered by Progressive. It's basically the same amounts I have on my truck, as far as coverage.

What's funny is I was able to get comprehensive and collision on the FL350, but not on the two new chinesium buggies.

My spine surgeries were due to an auto accident, so I highly recommend more than the minimum coverages, especially uninsured/underinsured.

Yes, add a custom parts ridder. This way you get what it's worth not blue book. It covers all custom parts like suspension exhaust etc.
