As we speak I'm watching two live cams of the Las Vegas strip and Fremont street. SPOOKY.
Not one person on Fremont street in a half hour of watching.
Counted 7 people on the strip. Cars going down the strip at speed when normally it's bumper to bumper stop and go.
I don't think it was even this bad on 9-11
Wonder how all those workers are going to pay their bills ??

Yeah it’s a little slow down there compared to normal. April will probably be even worse for me since the shut down didn’t start till mid month and I was half way thru with my route. We will see, most hotel/casinos are still giving vendors access to work. I tell people driving around now is how it was in the mid to late 80’s. Still can’t get green lights though. Lol.

I'm willing to bet my rent money the world series will be cancelled.
I don't see this virus thing being solved by June.
Can't imagine 3000 plus players in a room playing poker, the cards are so dirty you have to wash your hands BEFORE you take a piz.
Looks like I may have to come down late in the year this time to play poker. Damn.

Yeah the Rio is not only closed, it’s dark inside short of e lighting. Doors are boarded up as well. If they want to handle this correctly it’s going to be awhile.

Was just reading the "Las Vegas Advisor" online
https://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/news/
He has good info sometimes on that site. Anthony Curtis is running a poll.
https://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/poll/

He asks what players figure the casinos are going to do when they reopen.
I have been going to Vegas since the early 80's. The mob still ran the house back then, and I can tell you that I honestly wish the mob would make a big come back. The wise guys knew how to treat a customer. Guys like Bob Stupak knew what gamblers wanted. Cheap food, cheap rooms so that we had playing money. Nothing piz's me off more than those "resort" fees and those $35 per person breakfasts. I want value for my hard earned money and that means I want to gamble it not pay fees. The casinos of today are really ripping people off badly. The mob wouldn't even dream of doing something so stupid. Back in the 80's I would go twice a year and my min bet was $25 at the baccarat table or craps table. I lost a fortune (no lie). I would go down with $1500 - $2000 each time and never came home with all my money. Now I go maybe once a year. In fact I didn't go to Vegas for nearly 7 yrs because of all the bad beats at the tables and the sickening resort fees and food costs. I only went down last year because it was the 50th anniversary of the WSOP, and that was a HUGE disappointment because the clowns ran out of fukn T-shirts for christ sakes. The mob would have killed the goofs in charge of T-shirts if they ran out. What a joke. Normally I would fly down light and fill my suitcase with T-shirts and stuff to bring home. Fkn morons. That's what happens when you let "business people" run the store.
Give the customer the min and charge the max. It's the capitalist way I guess.
I voted option #4.
