im thinking he did. i got the same email that i bet you did and was suspicious after i got a second response.

That's what I thought.
Nick always seemed to be a stand up guy here on this site so no way he was pulling this gift card scam.
They also seemed to have his phone number but they reversed two numbers so if you try to call him it would have said number not available. Then you would have only email available and they would scam you.
If anyone knows Nick personally please let him know.

I didnt even notice the number switch, but he has posted his number here on the forum before and it is for sure 2 numbers swapped. If nobody else has gotten ahold of him by morning I may give him a ring and see if he is aware of whsts going on.

I got the same messages, I talked to Nick yesterday, yes he was hacked.

Never heard anything bad about Nick he has been around forever hope he gets his hack mess cleaned up without any major damage.
