I knew a guy that lost his nose changing an R22.5 tire. They screwed a bolt into his head and made him a new nose, looked pretty normal. He used to bang his beer bottle on it to show you it was metal..lol

Those two guys are very lucky they didn't get killed.
I remember years ago reading in the newspaper about tire shop employees getting killed or brain damage changing those truck tires.
Beer Poacher used to manage a Kal Tire shops. He said they had cages.
