Just want to say thanks for keeping the site going all these years.
I've learned a lot off of this site.
It's very very slow here now but I still like PO.com
CO
Good to hear you did not have to sign back in again.
Slow here yes, things slowed down a lot when the side by sides became popular and others started posting on Facebook. Its up to users here to drag the people from Facebook to share their info here I will not be getting a Facbook account. This site was built and maintained for Pilot Odyssey owners,
I will keep the going for a log as possible. There are ways users can archive this site, I am not sure how exactly its done but it can be saved as html pages.
We need to figure out the future of PilotOdyssey.com so it lives on. Its not as simple as handing over the keys to the site, there are many things to consider like the private messages that has accumulated over the years. Before handing the site over to someone else the private messages IMO would need to all be deleted as they are private messages and I am sure contain private contact info etc. that I would not be in the hands of others.
We had POOA Pilot Odyssey Owners Association maybe its time to make it real and happen. Regardless I want it all NON PROFIT and not ending up in the hands of profiteers. PilotOdyssey.com was created to help each other out, brainstorm, innovate, improve, share defeats and wins, ride trips etc.
I have been forever grateful for the knowledge I have gained from starting this site and the quality of its membership with common goals. Its a shame to see some of that lost in the bowels of Facebook.
