paypal is free to sign up for, if its not an expensive item, tell him no thanks and wait for another buyer....if it is any kind of credit card scam, you will be left pennyless and itemless..

I think it is legit. He pays at his location, you pick up the money at your location and then send the goods. Just like Transunion or any other money order. All he'll need is your name and the location that you'll pick it up at. You should be able to get the $ at your local Wal Mart or Albertsons in Cheyenne, check the website for your preferred location.
