I had written two or three letters to this Yahoo about this Radiator... Had it in my watched items and after getting parked I went to see where the bidding was and this POS yanked the item??? Here is the letter I wrote him... I am now trying to see if E-bay has a policy against this or not??? He should have put a Buy it now if he had it for sale locally, or he could have offered it to me in the letters I inquired about it...
I bet this is the same guy Mudbogger got his new pilot from... I have read some of that thread!!!

Now I have been watching this all week long and you go and pull it off of ebay??? In My opinion that was a chicken shit thing to do... You should know no one bids till the last minute...

turbo, you can yank stuff off ebay at anytime, a lot of the nop reserve items get yanked in the last few minutes if the price is not right...

Turbo, the seller was indeed the guy I bought my Pilot from, and he pulled it off Ebay after we spoke at great length-he was giving it away-he paid way over that from chucklenuts at aftershot motorspurts TO THE TUNE OF--WELL, is was alot of money.I have been speaking with him and are trying to get him to post a list here for us first to buy his parts, he has 3 odys for sale still and has parted out 3 to my knowledge-to be brutally honest the guy pulled the auction at my advice, I am sorry for the inconvience I caused you if any, but the guy is a really good guy and to give the parts up like that just didnt seem the right thing to let him do.
I anticipate to speak with him tomorrow hopefully and I'll ask him personally about that setup for you, hopefully we can work something out for you.He is a easy going guy-so lets hope for the best!!

Hi, saw your posting, just got in, he did indeed sell it off Ebay for that price.I spoke to him today via cellphone.
Forgive me for asking here, I probably should just let it be but what exactly are you mad about?????, he has every right to pull the auction whenever for whatever reason, it just so happens that he pulled it due to meeting me-(heck he may have pulled it for the sheer reason of the sale outside of Ebay I didnt ask to be honest )It doesnt matter, he has every right to pull it.
I am sorry you didnt get the item but as a seller on Ebay myself, I reserve the right to pull any item at any time, whatever the reason-and he did the same thing it appears.

I have to disagree with you, I bought a Pilot and numerous 350 parts from this seller and had nothing but great service, good communications(he actually gave me his cell number) and totally disagree with you, sorry you didnt make the purchase of the rad/water cooled head but the guy is a stand up dude.I have ABSOLUTLY NO REGRETS AND RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
