I've heard about this place but have not visited it yet. I would not believe it to be better than L.S. I think it is pretty flat with some rolling short dunes. I'll check into it and post what I find out.

There is some good info coming in about it on Waynoka's website...just have to know to look for it in the wrecks and crashes section...go figure. Basically, it is opening up and will be more or less good to ride by next summer. It is actually located near Syracuse, Kansas which is fairly close to the Colorado/Kansas border. Apparently, some locals are already building camping sites with water, electrical, etc... I guess we'll have to see if this place takes or not. It will be 1300 acres to start with the possibility of another 1300 acres. For you pyromaniacs, they are talking about burning out brush so call and see if you can get in on the fun!! City is going to run it. Those are the basics...

Here is the thread: http://www.ismasters.com/lsforum/viewto ... sc&start=0

Oh, and a satelite shot of the area: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q ... iwloc=addr

Holy cow, that is 275 miles from home instead of the current 575, maybe I could actually get there before dark. Let's go buy a club house!!
