I was playing with http://www.flashearth.com and found this place but don't know where it is, I did some screen captures so you can get a idea where it is, someone know how to look up the location using the lat and long thingie? MassOdy maybe?

that's kinda what I figured, probably not good to ride in hehe

I drove by the lake a few times before but never been west far enough to see the salt I see in the pics.

I don't know about the salt there, but I would never take a vehicle I cared about anywhere near there or the beach.

Been there, done that, too much clean up required for me.

Anyone that drives on salted roads is probably used to it, but I'm too spoiled out here in California............

I took the 250R down to San Felipe once, about 10-12 years ago and the rear brakes took a lot of work to recover their full use after multiple complete disassemblies and rebuilds.

Bonneville salt flats, I-80 is about 75 miles north of Little Sahara, Utah. I've been there a few times, very forbidding territory, wouldn't want to get stuck out there.
