 Post subject: complete race 440 Engine

If I bought this Engine should I buy the pipe to go with it?I know the pipes are pretty big and don't see how it would fit into a pilot but thought I would ask?And what do you think about this Engine?Is it enough

What is the Engine?

I had to modify the pipe made for my Engine to fit my Pilot

It is a 440 rotax sled Engine.The guy has a race team and said that they come from the factory with 108 hp.factory v-force reeds,36mm mikuni carbs,etc.

What are you planning to use if you don't use the factory pipe?

I wonder what a set of these cost for a 440??? i am debating a desert kart project with a 440 in it???

If I was you being on the road all the time I would contact Power Pro's and ask how much for a set of custom pipes you could drop off the buggy and let them build them http://www.thepowerpros.com
