saw this on CL and I couldn't pass it up. 86 200x for $350. newer plastics and seat cover. complete minus the head light. It cranks on the 1st kick every time. its alot peppier than I thought it would be too. pulls great. the back tires were trashed so I threw a set of ohtsu flat trackers i had from my 250r. Whatcha think?

Threw the bottle pic in just cause I took it today too ...

Good deal!

All it's missing is a supertrap and it would be like almost every other 200X in existence.

Good reliable bikes

Good grief Sunblock the 200X was a darn good score for $350 but with all those brewski bottles added that puts it over the top excellent score.

I would check that front end out-it appears to be a complete front end off a 350x those triple trees look way to large for a 200x and the wheel itself isnt correct size for a 200x-just a thought.

Mud,

Looks like a stock 200X front end to me, even the tire. The lack of a headlight makes it look wider than it really is.

The 200X front end is nearly identical to the '83 to '86 ATC 250R front end except for the rim colors and the fact that the '85 to '86 had heavier gauge aluminum.

Those tiny rear tires add to the illusion too.

I'll check it out. I thought it looked large too, but it is about the size as my 83 250r

Well, it definitely looks odd without the headlight that's for sure.

yeah that tire on the side shot does look funny. I think I will either stick a 350x headlight on there or a pair of hellas. I'm leaning more towards the hella's.
