Yes I got the crank and all of the other parts that I saw we're ruined including the pullstart mechanism, the bare magneto and the starter pinion that was completely ruined. The crank looks good and the rest of the stuff is here. Looks like I just need the bearings, seals and gaskets. eBay has some (ajcracing) but I can't tell if they are what I need or what kind of quality they are.

It looks from the threads that the right side seal is the toughest one to find. I'm on powersportsplus site and by using the thread I can order both left and right bearings and the left seal but not the right. Any new info on a replacement for the right seal and where I can find it?

Also if I order a complete gasket set will that be all I need for the crankcase? It doesn't look like they sell them individually for the crankcase.

Its my understanding 1 seal and 1 bearing are discontinued. I'm sure the complete gasket set is also. Look under PILOT PARTS - lots of discussion there.

Hoser had a Yamaha bearing he recommended so I ordered it. I don't see a clear replacement for the right seal unless I missed it. Does anyone know one that would work and where to get it?

I reread the second thread in the right crank seal and found this site hoser posted-

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Metric-Oil-Shaf ... 255d28b231

I ordered this one. Has anyone used it or had any trouble with it?

I think Hoser used that seal on 1 of my rebuilds with no issues.
