Hoser I cannot find an 80.5mm piston for the pilot, could we just go out to 81.00mm and please check the message I just sent you

Unless your going with the 81mm, you might get with Mudbogger and see about the "buy in" for 80.5 Wiseco Pistons. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14511

Ordered a bunch of the parts/bolts you said you needed from partzilla and they're shipping to you directly and I also got some stuff you might not need but just send it to me when the engines done.

Have ditched the 80.5 mm piston buy, I felt the interest was spotty.Plus Wiseco was adding all types of charges to the bill, which I could not recoup, it would not be fair.I think I will wait and see what pops up on the board or Ebay, always seem to be a piston or 2.

Your Engine work is complete, I tried to do a marathon built and finish it yesterday but it didnt happen just too much to complete in the time given and I was still trying to recover from last weeks emergency shut down job, anyways ported your cylinder, bored honed fit the piston to the cylinder, machined the head, lapped the head, lapped the cylinder deck, removed all three dowels that were rusted into the cylinder and one into the crank case (only two dowels are required for the cylinder BTW) removed all 4 cylinder studs so could clean all the threads and remove the rusted in cylinder dowel, cleaned all the studs for the cylinder head, removed and replaced (mission impossible) both the dowels in the crank cases for the Engine mount plates, chased all the holes with a tap for the cylinder studs, head studs, reed cage bolts, exhaust flange bolts, cleaned up the cylinder head nuts and cylinder nuts, prepped the piston, installed the top end, installed the missing bolts on the clutch side, changed the clutch side crank seal, changed the right side case seal.

Their is one missing bolt on the right side case it appears to be broken off but does not seem to be leaking the next time the bottom end is serviced it can be drilled and extracted.

Intake manifold is still soft and pliable.

Here are some pics but not a lot on the assembly most the pics are on the tear down and CSI the assembly is pretty much straight forward.

Please PM me you name address where you want the Engine shipped.

List all your modifications, carb, clutch, pipe, air box mods, intake mods etc. I will suggest some jetting specs.

File comment: Had to beat the dowl flat and closed then drive it out from the other side with a punch easy to do on a Pilot not a option on a cylinder like a FL350

One of the spring holes on the exhaust manifold was completely filled with red silicone sealer this tells me the last time this Engine was run was with only one spring if it had two springs the hole would not be full of silicone.

Getting a exhaust to seal is easy but it starts with everything clean and using TWO of the correct springs here is the correct part number http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/h ... 0-700.html here is details on sealing the exhaust http://www.pilotodyssey.com/Siliconesealer.htm .

Head after machine, now is 49cc same cut I give all my hoserized heads, same fuel requirements as Honda ask for 91 to 93 octane, without the 10% alcohol preferably and NOT Sunoco I have seen two Pilot engines detonated to death running their high octane gas.

UPDATE payment promptly received on 19 Aug 2014 09:10 am after one phone call :-)
Thanks

Just as a reminder I still have not received payment for shipping your Engine $57.37

I see you stopped reading my private messages I hope your ok, I see your Engine was received and signed for by SNYDER

You have seem to have fallen off the face of the earth now that you have found out your Engine has shipped and you have received your Engine, I rushed to meet your deadline so you could meet your riding deadline and shipped your Engine BEFORE I collected the exact shipping fees I still expect to be paid.

Next step will be to track you down using the info you provided and start making embarrassing (for the both of us) phone calls all hours of the day and night until I can contact you and resolve this missing money thing.

Thanks

Hope you get your money hoser. He is like a 14 or 15 y/o kid. Switched names here from ctucker33 to this name.. I forget why but I believe it was because he was misrepresenting items he was selling on eBay. You do good work and I hope he didn't take advantage of you trusting that you would get your money

Man that PISSES me off when good trusting people are taken advantage of,and get screwed.
It's not the 1st time for H.
I've been screwed a couple times from members of Dootalk etc.
Trust is a BIG thing in my book, and along with common sense BOTH are not so common any more?

I'd like to $ugge$t that we can all chip in to make it up if the kid don't come thru?
Small price to pay for what we ALL get,and take for granted sometimes from this forum/site.

Are you serious I had no idea he was a kid I will be making phone calls today and talking to the owners of the business he had me ship the Engine too, fact is if needed I will make a road trip to the shipping address JUST SO THE KID KNOWS he cant go through life sticking it to people.

I thought it was funny NO NAMES was showing up on parts that were shipped to me and had only my names on the packages and receipts I will be calling his parts suppliers to find out who paid for his parts orders and get some personal info.

Anybody has personal info on this guy let me know.

Their wont be a need to chip in but thanks for the offer I just looked back through his PM's and found his phone number and called him he said he would send the money right now.

As I was typing this I got a text asking for my email address so he could send it.

Hopefully he just lost track of time or was busy and forgot I will give him the benefit of the doubt been their done that myself.

Will see if he sends.
