The pump I use is from Polaris, it will not be stock but flow rate is correct.
I made a small plate to bolt it too and then bolted into the stock location (on my FL350's).
Polaris part number 3085275.
Not sure if you want to do that to your machines as they do look real nice right now. Once you start to butcher who knows how far you will go :-) .

Canadian oddy, thanks for the info. I looked up this pump on Amazon, close to 5 stars and many good reviews, plus cheap price. Did it fix your problem back when when you got it? You feel the flow rate is correct? I am going for it, thanks again!

Yes it did.
Fuel flow rate is correct. In fact if I remember right it actually put out a bit more than 4.5 in 10.

The old pump is the reason I had a jetting problem too. Try jetting an Engine with variable fuel flow.

Got the Polaris fuel pump and made a plate to mount it. I did the flow test and it was right at 4.5 ounces. Awesome!!! Might be able to test this weekend and do another jetting run. I live in town so jetting requires a trailer ride and is always a pita... Thanks Canadian Oddy for the tip...

Update, my pilot #2 runs good with new pipe and jetting. I am currently at on stock carb, torque pipe, 3 Moose hole inserts in lid, #150 main, #58 pilot, 2nd clip position down. I plan to ride this Saturday for the first time and will do a full and mid throttle plug chops.

I plan to open a new thread for my troublesome Ohio pilot
