Loaded the pilots and took them to my test field this morning.

Pilot #1 - the troublesome Ohio pilot

The new "used" stock clutch and a brand new 39mm carb did the trick. Finally!!! The new carb makes this pilot pull stronger than the piped Florida pilot. It runs clean from the bottom to the top with the stock jetting that came with it. The stock clutch works as expected, So happy! *********** Something was wrong with that 39mm carb that came with the pilot.

Pilot #2 Florida pilot

Rebuilt Engine seems fine. Carb seemed a little rich on mid range but I can easily drop the needle. The Engine is fresh with top end and crank.

I am now planning a ride Saturday November 11th which is the last weekend before firearm deer season. The whole state closes trails during that 2 week period. I plan to let my adult son ride #2, me #1, and will post a "ride video" soon after.

A big "Thank You" to 2 members on this forum who went above and behond to drag me thru this year long struggle. I really appreciate the great suggestions and the moral support you guys had given through out this 2 stroke ordeal, Canadian Oddy and FloridaEdd. A big dark Honda Red cloud has finally lifted off of my life and bank account. Thanks again! Whoo hoo!
