Got her all together. Turned key and kicked right over. I have done some idling breakin today. I will take her down off the "Pilot stand" (compliments fo pilotnut) and run her all day around the yard.

Already the Engine sounds VERY crisp - THANKS TO HOSER.

I will follow up tomorrow with the break ride.

Good observation, what you see is Hondabond, yes after having 2 cylinder gaskets blow, or suck inside I put Hondabond on one side of the cylinder gasket so it is stuck to the cylinder and cant slip, I also apply a thin layer of Hondabond to the outside as you see in the picture as a extra safeguard, so far I have not had a gasket fail since using the Hondabond.

So here's the deal. Still in the breaking in process.......
Seems to be MUCH torquier than the last motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )). I'm sure it is the "hoser enhancements" that are making the difference.

I kept the jetting as was before.....covered up one on the air inlets and it fattened it right up. Once it's broken in - off comes the duct tape and yippee!

Thanks Hoser - U THE MAN!

Hey Mud, are these a good deal on mud tires?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/44inch-4 ... 0040927236

My buddy was looking at getting some 44"s and I was telling him about these 53"s. They looked OK to me for the price.

Looks like you have some nice work done to that. That not just a truck with a lift is it?

What's the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) and drivetrain?

The motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) is a fully blown 454 from a local hot rod Engine builder-the frame is a chevy but it is boxed, the transfer case is an old DODGE out of a military truck, it is divorced, the shafts are custom made from ARIZONA DRIVELINE-the interior has full cage, with 6 piont harness, the dash is custom made as well. The rad is in the bed with custom tubing to the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )).Thing wins alot of mud bog competitions locally and in PA as well.My record pass is 13.09 seconds in 150 ft of mud-10 ft deep, still stands to this day I think.
