After pulling the clutch the seal was just setting behind the clutch itself.

any updates on this Hoser by chance?
Was the bottom end whooped badly?
I am surprised if it was sucking air in from the seal that it didnt hurt the top end at all, why would that be?

Bottom end is apart execpt for removing the crank from the clutch side crank case
I need to press that one out as shown in the service manual, it was not sucking
past the seal the whole seal was out of the Engine, I have changed at least 12
crank seals (try to change mine every year) and never had a problem with one
coming out, its usually a strong backfire or a series of backfires that drive them
out.

Here (red arrows) you can see the bearing seperator all bunched up in the bearings
the right arrow is up where the seal rides.

After cleaning up the seal the seal looks perfect until you look real close to the inside edge,
chicken or the egg, did the seal blow out or was it pushed out by the debris of the failed
bearing seperator?

Here is parts of the bearing seperator they just fell out the cases and bearing
when I pressed it apart.

I am REALLY REALLY getting sick of looking at failed bearing seperators what is the fix
or the answer? I don't think the rivets fell out of this one like I seen happen in the past,
when is the time to change the bearings, going by wear on the piston this Engine had
less hours on it than Lightspeeds Engine yet it is still running fine after a few years and
the same performance upgrades..

Jetting was about spot on the piston is still useable showing almost no signs of wear
and only a few small signs of doing battle with crapola running through the Engine.
