Sorry... At first I didn't know what you were talking about until I had to really think about it. The pad came with the pilot when I bought it. I thought the pad came with the pilot as a stock item. I researching the pad I couldn't find it anywhere... Guess I must be lucky?

I have one almost like that its made by Simpson I got it from Randy at http://www.pilotodyssey.com/PO/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16721/ replaced the stock one real nice and also replaces the need for a neck collar.

look at the seat belt/harness... the pad is what he is refering to...
