I finally got my fl350 running. I am able to drive it around the block 1 time.and when it comes back to an idle it stalls out. It fires back up after a minute. Is there something I should be looking for or a place to start troubleshooting it. I put all new fuel lines and clamps on along with new fuel filter not the stock filter tho. It seems like someone turns off the switch cant tell yet weather its running out of fuel or loosing spark. After it stalls Ive pulled the plug on it and its a little bit darker than coco brown and its not wet so Im stumped on it. Is it possible the pump is going out.

Will it start and hold a steady idle? If so, may just need to adjust throttle cable or carb to set idle @ 1500-1700rpm.

Air leak check?
Compression check?
Stock fuel tank, pump and carb? Or gravity feed, fuel cell, etc?

How would I do an air leak check. Compression checked was good. Its a stock tank with stock pump and carb. only thing that's different in the stock fuel system is the fuel filter. I need to clean the gas cap and check to make sure that the vent is working in it.I have another stock pump I can try that an see if it works.
