Check out the broken clutch. I really don't understand why it gave up, seemed to be working fine up to that point.
I have had my ride for 10 years plus, spent alot of time/bucks and made many ashtrays with the 350 Engine.
The parts list for this one: Works shocks, Aluminum wheels, Exhaust gas & cylinder head temp guage, DG pipe, 38mm Mikuni flatslide, centered and match-ported intake manifold, modified/improved air intake system, Uni foam filter, V-force reeds, moderate porting in and out, and I modified a 500cc silencer/arrestor for it.
I am guessing on the HP but the last trip out, with new carb settings, had the thing digging two deep trenches. It had NEVER done it this way before. Been working on the jetting for a while, finally getting the power I was hoping for, the clutch gave up at that point.
So on the clutch, isn't
powerbloc out of business? I have seen some NOS stuff show up on Ebay but was reluctant to buy, thinking I couldn't get replacment parts. Any one have sources for the
power bloc stuff?
