Im kinda frustrated with this jetting. I have plug chopped it a bunch and the plug is still greyish in color. I put in a 50 main like was suggested and now it wont idle without the choke on. I also have a br6 plug in it do you guys think it to hot of a plug and would that affect my jetting success?

If it won't idle without the choke on, it is starving for fuel possibly because an air passage in the carb is clogged or you have an intake leak.

You keep making changes and getting farther away from the base line where the Ody should run normally. Go back and look closely at your carb. Dissmanltle it and do a complete cleaning and blow out all of the passages.
