 Post subject: Fl350 starter problem

My starter only works when you tap the start button until it starts, if I hold it down it sounds like its slipping. What do you think would cause this?

Sounds like you are not getting full contact in the start button. I woukd dissassemble and clean the switch and try starting it again. If that doesnt work might be time to rebuild your starter.
