Canadian Ody is right.

It won't fit. Although the FL350 intake carb attachment boot is offset and not in direct line with the reed box, it still runs either parallel or perpendicular (however you want to look at it) on the vertical plane. The manifold you are looking at is not parallel and will cause the carb to angle in towards the transmission mount or gas tank which ever way you mount it.

Also.....the FL350 intake boot is not parallel on the horizontal plane as it is angled downward due to the forward leaning angle of the cylinder.
