Ok, ive looked through the forums and ive come up empty. I have a fl350 with no spark...

I have...
-pulled the plug and its wet and no spark.
-checked the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition),coil and regulator and its good also swapped it with 2 other known good ones.
-checked ground mod from neutral switch and its clean and good.
-checked stop switch on console at wheel.
-checked igniton switch and swapped it out with 2 others.

any other suggestions??

thank you!!

Have you checked the safety switch on the transmission ??
It won't let you start if not in neutral.
It could be faulty but I am stretching it a bit here because I am assuming it is turning over.
Right now my money is on a broken wire.

Is it possible you sheared the key on the flywheel ??
Was it running before you parked it ??

yes it was stored outside and it does crank.... The neutral switch is bypassed already.

It was stored outside  oooooh I don't like that.
If it was running when you parked it you got a corroded wire somewhere.
Possible your kill switch or key switch has now got corroded contacts but that might be a stretch.
Could also be the sparkplug cap wire. Where wire goes into cap it could be corroded.
Other things to check as a last resort would be the key on the crank for the flywheel and the gap on the pick up coil.

Check for spark using the pull starter, make sure the key and kill switch is on..

1) It can't be the main fuse, you have lights
2) Well the way I read the wiring schematic in the manual if you have lights and it cranks the starter then your key switch must have power and be working so you should have power to the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition). You say you have no power to CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) so I would check the wire going to CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) from switch.
3) So that leaves the kill switch. It must be grounding the power.

As Hoser mentioned, pull the spark plug and try to see if it has spark using the pull starter.

When the FL350 starter becomes full of oil it will still work however..... it steals the lion's share of the systems power output and the spark will become too weak to start the Ody.

Ok got the rebuilt starter back in, put a screw in the oil passage to block any future oil from going to the magneto side. Now the buggy runs like shit barely starts. Seems to run fat? I had to dn near rove everything to get the starter changed. I has to remove the flywheel and magneto to access the hole. Cleaned out the oil from the stator and all other parts and now it doesn't run right?? Any suggestions? Could I have damaged the stator somehow causing weak spark? Aggravated right now...

Did you do the vent mod? you cant seal that ballancer area without having somewhere for the pressure to go!

Oh crap, that would explain it I didn't finish the vent mod I couldn't find the ford pickup radiator drain plug to finish the balancer side of the mod. If that's the case that probably explaines my symptoms of burping and backfiring and running fat so to speak. Thanks, I'll finish that up and return with the results.

When you seal off the balancer side without relieving the pressure, it forces balancer oil into the bottom end past the crank seals.

Check your balancer oil level!

Ok Randman that was on my list of things to check! Do you know the year of the ford truck radiator drain plug that fits the oddy oil dipstick for the balancer for the vent mod? I have this on my other 350 but can remember. Thanks for the input!

A radiator drain plug from a 1988 through 2003 Ford F150.

If it still don't run right after you do the vent mod I would do a complete check of the carb. You say it is running fat so maybe the float level is wrong or your main jet came loose or is to big. May be your fuel pump is over filling your carb because the check valve don't let fuel return to the tank. Was it running well before all this happened ?? You didn't tell us much about how all this started. I don't know when the last time was that you had to fill up your balancer with oil because it was low but if you have to do this regularly then your crank seal is shot. After you have completed your vent mod keep an eye on your oil level. Also keep an eye on your bellows, it should not swell up in my opinion. If it does I would say your crank seal is shot.

If it misfires on the power stroke a few times this will also make it appear as the jetting is too fat because you carry over some of the unburned air/fuel charge from the last stroke.

Change the plug with another proven to be good plug try your plug in another machine that is running good.
