Ok, so I used the fill the hole with lots of grease trick and my stock clutch is off.
SO now how do I take it apart to inspect it?? Look like there is still a key in the end of it and another shaft to pull off to separate the two pieces.

Right now it is all in one piece after pulling it from the shaft.

Thanks

Why did you remove it? Was it bad? Chances are if
You need parts you won't find any. If it's bad I would buy a 94c comet clutch or a 102c comet clutch to replace the oem.

I had to remove it to replace the crank seals etc...

So I should not even mess with it then.

Put it back on once I get my cylinder back from boring and if it works then good, if not then get the Comet??

Did it work before you took the Engine apart? If you don't know I wouldn't bother to put it back on I would buy a new comet a run it but I can't spend your money so do what best serves you. I found out the hard way after I put my motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) back together that mine was junk.

I am willing to bet the stock one is almost toast.
They have a lot of miles on them since 1985.
On mine when I bought it I couldn't believe the thing didn't fly apart on the previous owner.
I don't think you can get parts anyways, but I am not sure about that. If I remember right I tried to get the plastic sliders but couldn't get any so bought a comet.

Ok here are the salsbury clutch pics.
When you take the large center bolt out of the top you can hold the thing together with your hands or put it in a vise. There is some spring pressure trying to push the top off but not much. You may have to put it in a vise anyways as the large center bolt may be real tight.

File comment: If you look close you can see that the cam paw is worn through. Can't believe it didn't fly apart.

Wow.....

That Salbury clutch is in pretty good shape compared to most of the clutches I have seen. Most have a missing roller or the roller seized to the pin and stopped rolling altogether thus a flat spot is worn into them.
