Yeah their is, where did you get the crank bearings?

Their is no numbers on these and they are packed with grease, looking closer they have grooves where
their will normally be seals on both sides of the bearings, my guess is these had seals and someone removed them.

You want me to use these bearings knowing this?

Here is one of the crank bearings, see no grooves for the seals see the numbers

Looking at service honda you need the following seals

91201-VM0-003 OIL SEAL, 30X50X7
91202-VM0-003 OIL SEAL, 25X40X8
91203-VM0-004 OIL SEAL, 45X62X8

Also get TWO of these
94301-10140 PIN A, DOWEL, 10X14

They are dowels for the side case they were missing when I took it apart.

Hoser, spoke to Ed at Triple EEE today he says the bearings are the right ones, although they arent marked as per the OEM bearings.I asked about the apparent bead around the edge-implying that mabye they had been a sealed bearing at 1 time and as per our chat last night the outer seals had been removed, he says they have not been tampered with that's just the make. Also, in referrance to the grease inside the bearings, he says to install them with the grease in there-I had to cut our conversation short there due to a work related meeting but he insisted they go in the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) with the grease in.The 3 case seals and 2 dowels we spoke about in earlier threads have been ordered and shipped direct to you, the dowels Sara was out of but said in 2 days they'll be getting them, I overnighted all the parts as soon as they arrive to Triple EEE.

Update your bottom end is assembled with ED's greased bearings.

I opened up the oil galleys a little even though 350s don't seem to suffer from bearing failures like the Pilot, then again they use a LARGER 6307 bearing on the clutch side unlike the smaller 6306 used on the Pilot.

Bored the cylinder and honed to .004 clearance, beveled the ports.

I ran into a snag whist putting the piston on the rod so I can temporary install the cylinder and mark the piston and drill the lube holes per wiseco instructions.

I slide the wiseco wrist pin into the wrist pin bore and it stops here.

Wiseco quality.

This is not the first time Mudbogger has had problems with Wiseco products check this out TWO FOR TWO a big thanks Wiseco! viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14511&start=100

I guess the wiseco curse lives on

Just as its about to enter the bore on the other side it stops like the 2 bores don't line up.

Soon as you get past the bevel on the end of the pin it stops.

People wonder why I hate wiseco.

Take the pin out and try inserting from the other side and it stops here.

Again just about the time the bevel reaches the end it stops.

People wonder why I hate wiseco.

With NOTHING to lose at this point I can assume its a burr on the end and take a cutter and bevel it a little on both sides.

Now the pin will go in but I feel a resistance before it goes all the way in, its like the line bore is off.

Right about here on this side only you feel the resistance change while sliding the pin in and slightly rotating.

People wonder why I hate wiseco. lmao

So is this ok go with it or shall I send the piston back to wiseco?

Where is the wiseco guy that signed up for this board?

ROTFLMAO!!!!!

Wiseco people will stand by them because they are PERFORMANCE parts!!!

Yeah right!

They're crap! The only piston I ever holed was a wiseco in the same Engine that previously had a Honda piston with same carb settings, same place, same weather, etc, when I measured the two pistons domes the wiseco measure 1/4" thick whereas the Honda pistons dome was 1/2" thick!!

Wiseco's "superior" material bull$#@! is just that, if it was so much better why is the tolerance required so much higher than that of the Honda pistons? Because they aren't consistant enough in their batches of material to trust it themselves that's why! That and the fact that they're "lighter" (because there's so much LESS material, DUH), thinner and lighter means they're more prone to expansion, WHY would you even want that?

I will NEVER use them unless there is NO other alternative.........
