So .. I have a problem ... At first I thought it was the belt but I got a new belt but still have the same problem..

So what's happening when u give it gas ... If u give it too much it will start going then the rear clutch opens all the way up and the belt sucks against the center of the pully ..and sticks causing the belt to get pinched in and not move at all .. Then I have to spend the next 5 minutes pulling it out ..
If u feather the throttle for a ways and get it up to speed it will go but seems like it is about half speed ... I've played with it a bunch and now ... I think I need another set of eyes on it ..any suggestions?

Hows the drive clutch look? Is it stuck closed? Looks like your driven clutchis spring is broke or unspun. Might be time for a new driven clutch (one on tranny).

So I put a jack under the rear end it the odyssey and started it up ... With no weight on it both clutches work just how they are supposed to .. I'm just trying to make sure the rear clutch is the problem before I spend money on it .. As I'm on a pretty tight budget .. U guys have and other trouble shooting options for me?

Yes remove the driven (rear) clutch and post pics of it. And while its on the bench see how easy it is to open or spred the clutch you have to kind of hold one half and rotate the other half
