So I bought a FL250 and it wants to drive even at idle. I thought the belt was wrong as it seems too wide for the driven pulleys but turns out I have a duster clutch ch which needs the wide belt. So Amongst the pile of parts that came with it is a driven pulley that’s smaller in diameter and is wider so I’m thinking this is the pulley that should be used with the duster clutch. I’m looking for conformation before I spend and time cleaning it up and fitting it, possible it is damaged and was swapped out for that reason

I don't know if this will help you, but on an oddy FL350 the driven pulley is 8 1/2" in diameter.
The stock FL350 driven is a 90D Salsbury.
I see that you have an FL250 but all my machines are FL350's. Hope this helps.
