Found this sticker with number on the back of Mudbogger's power bloc clutch on his LT Pilot viewtopic.php?f=34&t=9256 thought I would post it here for reference in case someone tries to order new batch of these clutches in the future.

Better bolt for the Power bloc clutches.

IMO the bolt that comes with the Power bloc clutches sucks the head of the bolt is really small and if you look at the underside of the head of the bolt it has a little raised area that reduces the surface area that makes contact with the clutch cover and then that raised area digs into the washer and damages it.

In the past I had been hoserizing the bolts by putting them into the lathe and cutting that raised area off.

The stock Pilot clutch bolt has the large flanged head but is only 137mm long.
The bolt that comes with the Power bloc clutches is 139mm long

I found a Honda flanged head bolt that is 150mm long and works perfectly part number is 95801-12150-00 this is the preferred bolt if your going to order one, cost is $2.21 at this writing you cant beat that price.

In the picture the top bolt is the one to buy its 150mm long has the flanged head, it makes better use of the available threads in the Pilot Engine crank shaft.

Middle bolt is a Engine mount bolt for the Pilot and is 140mm long does not have the flanged head, you can also buy 140mm Engine mount bolt with the flanged head 95701-12140-00

Bottom bolt is the one that comes with the Power Bloc clutch 139mm long this is one I hoserized.

Not sure if these bolts will work on the FL350 or FL250 with a Power Bloc clutch will have to measure the length of these bolts first, currently have none in the shop.
