Mudbogger sent some Pilot rear shocks for a oil change.

One looks like it was leaking slightly did you want the seals changed also?
viewtopic.php?t=3109

I don't have any seals they will need ordered, the shafts on the shocks look good I don't see any abnormal wear or damage.

It was the shock marked LS (assume left side?) that had the grease like crap on the seal, shaft and by the bottom mount , was their oil on the Pilot too?

Ordered the seals from Stonemans link-they went up in price to 24.00 a set from the 16 they are in the link---
I also ordered some new Oil for you as well Hoser-it is OEM viscocity-if you do not need to use it save it for your stock-I found the company RACETECH to be very helpful and prompt in the ordering and tech support as I was alittle confised as to my options.

The invoice that came with the seals says they were 29.49 WAY TOO MUCH for these seals we need to find another supplier !!!

I changed the oil and the seals in both shocks I did them one at a time you can feel the difference before and after with the new oil.. those shocks don't look the best on the outside but look real good inside no wear on piston and cylinder walls, the shafts look great they should give you many more years of service.

I didnt bother taking any pics the other post pretty much covers it viewtopic.php?t=3109 and I didnt find anything inside unusual.

I sent them parcel post you should see them in about 5 days :-)
