Tucker and y'all - I talked to Bebe(cardcounter) this morning and he spoke with Dan B.
We realized trying to make this happen on saturday would be asking a great guy/Bud to accomodate/squeeze us (twice) into the most hectic raceday off his year.
We think it may be better to shoot for a less hectic day.
According to the Pinelake website the next raceday is 8/11/12 which is a flatrack event.
Bebe and I think it is best to let Dan coordinate a future date with Bud as they have known each other for years.
I will be at this weekends event on sunday to see the crazy 450 TT-ATV young guys race the mains, along with the probably crazier old dudes and their 3 wheeler races.
Should be fun. I will keep this forum updated with any news.

The name Barkley sound familiar didnt they use to race Pilots back in the 90's?

Sad deal their is usually one national magazine at this race.

I'd be down for some racing, especially in NORTHEAST, Ohio (not NW). It's only a couple hours east of me. Heck it'd be nice just to talk buggy in person with some fellow enthusiasts.

Any news on Ohio Oddy/Pilot racing?

Had a great time watching the races 7/22/12. Three wheelers were a hoot. I really enjoyed the kids on the 50's 70's and 90's. The 450 guys were insane as expected. Tight track except or the front 70mph straight away. 5 or 6 UTV's raced with plenty of room. One commander lost a rear wheel & hub on the front straight and nearly flipped. I will talk to Dan as he was going to try to arrange a race thru Bud. Hope this works out in the future. Stay tuned.
