What details do you have Jeff? Not much on their website.

-Entry fees?
-Prizes?

This should be an all new track at Victorville. They say it will be wider.

The Safety will be like The Dirt Series. 5 Point Seat belts ( i can check if 4 point will pass)Window nets, Fire Extinguisher where the driver can reach it, Helmet and a Fire Suit. If anyone needs a fire suit I can ask some of my friends who arent racing right now if we can borrow some. You can find 1 piece single layer suits for around $100

Hope you got some "plus size" friends lol, I might look in to a fire suit, I believe summitracing has them for $100. On the fire extenguisher, does it have to be anything special? Or will one work that you can get at like an auto parts store be ok?

My fire extinguisher I have is from Home Depot. I bought the Metal top one with the Gauge since it can be refilled.

And I believe I can get a few XL an L fire suits if needed.

Try the links below for $100 one piece firesuits and $25 extinguishers.

I sent an Email to get entry fee's, Clarify some safety rules, and check payout. Also I offered to help with designing the track. The last race at Competitive Edge was to narrow to pass. I want some wide passing areas.

I havnt heard anything on Payouts but I doubt there is any. We could always pitch in our own money for a pool.

Here is a link to the Fees

So the cost for me to race this would be...

Firesuit $100
Dry camp $50
Entry fee with 1 race $75
Each additional race $30 (total of 3 races? Does it mean one "race" fee is good for the whole day?) So 2 more races $60

That totals out to $285 for a weekend. I am flying to Colorado the weekend of the 15th for a wedding, as well as saving for a Pismo trip in September. don't think I can do the race as well. Might come watch though.

Yeah it adds up to a little money. The Lucas stuff is $125 for about 25 Minutes of track time plus Transponder Rentals $40 or purchase for $275 plus $50 membership so this is more than a fair price for 3 days compared to other races. We will miss you out there since you are getting faster every time out.

They did say there will be some kind of payout plus prizes. Im not camping since I live 20 minutes from the track. 1 day of racing would be only $60 ( $30 entrance / $30 racing) I have an extra firesuit. I think it is a large ( tag is missing ) my freind only wants $20 for it. Its a blue G force suit.
